'Dylan, the host, was wonderful with communicating quickly. The house itself is so perfect for a family of 5. Couch is so comfy. Kitchen has everything it needs. Beds are comfy! Everything about this place is perfect. We will be back!'

'Perfect location only a block away from the beach and near Booty Treats ice cream. The house is not large, but well-maintained and stocked with all of the essentials. It is evident that the property owners put a lot of thought and detail into the decoration and upkeep of this home. We enjoyed the hot tub and the property already had beach chairs and bicycles. '

'Well the area is great if your looking for a quite family style vacation. Wave's Deli and Lisa's Pizza have great eats. There is a Dollar General right there as well, any other big items you may need are within 15-20min drive to Avon. The property itself is needs some TLC. Pictures in ad are from a few years ago I think. Pool looked pristine in pic's but in reality needed to be refinished but has new furniture. Cleanliness was good but did find baby socks laying on couch and food particles...

'This house is perfect for us. It is in a nice area, close to restaurants and a grocery store. yet there is very little traffic. The house has everything we needed. My wife and I and my son and daughter and their spouses. Our idea of a vacation is to not do too much, and this was a wonderful place to do that. The beach is very convenient. Very thankful for it. The Nelsons are wonderful hosts, and got back to us or had whatever problem there was solved very quickly'

'I want to keep this adorable home a secret but more so I want to say how charming this place is! IMPECCABLY CLEAN! Stocked with everything! Just bring your food! I love the floor plan with the open living and kitchen space. The master bedroom and bathroom is beautiful and you just can't beat the screened in deck out back. Friendly neighbors :) Our host was prompt in responding to our needs. I would 100% recommend this place and we will definitely be back!'

'We really enjoyed our stay. The property was recently updated vanity sinks, and fixtures were all new including commodes. Everything was in good working order. Parking was adequate. Location was perfect. It was right at the foot of the sand dunes on the other side of the sand was the ocean. Nothing to complain about really.'

'We came for a long weekend in February. A family of four, perfect size for us, right on the sound with a great view. The hot tub was a great amenity to have and we really liked how close it was to stores and restaurants. We would definitely come back!'
