'We had a great stay at this oceanside condo. Overall, the apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The only minor drawback was that the bed covers could have been fresher, but we appreciated that clean sheets were provided. 'This was a nice, cozy property located on a quiet street. The home was well equipped with all the essential items in the kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable. The only recommendations I would offer are to consider adding motion lights on the stairs, as it was quite dark when going up at night, and to have the cleaners check that all lightbulbs are working prior to guest arrival. 'Everything was great!'

'The unit was clean. However, the listing includes a pull out sofa and a twin futon. Neither item is there. I contacted the owner. His response was for me to contact the on-site manager for a portable bed. She brought a brand new air mattress. All contact with property manager was good. The owner, however, did not apologize for the incorrect listing. '

'Lovely location on the water. Beautiful sunsets. Quiet, attractive neighborhood that's lovely for a stroll. Publix a few minutes away by car. Well equipped kitchen, nice spaces for hanging out as a group - outside on the deck, inside with open plan living and dining area. We'd happily stay here again.'

'We absolutely loved our stay at Three Mermaids! This was our third time at the property and it was just as wonderful as the first two. Cindy is great to work with! The property is not only in the perfect location, but the house amenities are just what we needed for our family, which includes three kids under 10. I cannot recommend enough!'
