'Parkkialue talvella todella pieni. Aamupalalla kannattaa varautua taustalla voimakkaasti soivaan teknomusiikkiin. Huone oli koko viikon todella likainen vaikka siivooja kävi päivittäin. Pyydettäessä lisä siivousta harjasivat vain lattian. Henkilökunta puhui huonosti englantia. Vastaanotto aukesi vasta klo 7. Spa osastolla ei ole hierontaa. (Finnish sauna) saunassa ei saa heittää vettä kiukaalle.'

'Very family oriented hotel. Friendly staff. Organized activities for the children. The SPA Center itself is not as large as in other hotels in the city, however it was very clean. I would have loved if there was a hot pool outside, but still, when it comes to value for money for the HB offer we used, it was superb.'

'It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...
