'This hotel is in a lovely historic building in a perfect setting on Ovid Square. It was an easy walk to many of the sites and restaurants. Earlier reviews mentioned noise, but we did not experience that and had a very nice night’s sleep. The breakfast was incredible with delicious food served in large portions. We were very happy with our stay and would return in the future.'

'Hotel is een beetje shabby, versleten vloerbedekking, erg donker. En hoewel er van de kelder tot de bovenste etage een (kleine) lift is, moet je eerst je koffers 30 treden op sjouwen omdat de ingang op de begane grond is afgesloten. Bij de receptie hangt een bord dat je pas om 18:00u mag inchecken; wij kwamen vroeger en dat leverde gelukkig geen problemen op.'

'Very disappointed. Staff were very rude and acted annoyed with us during check in. We had reserved a room with two beds and they put us in a room with only one bed. The WiFi at the hotel only worked on the first floor and not in the rooms. I had to go to the lobby to be able to text. The bar by the lobby was full and loud all night and the lobby was filled with drunk men, mostly local people and not guests of the hotel.
