'We had the best time on our four day vacation! This is a gorgeous house with a beautiful yard. We had everything we needed and could not have been more comfortable! I grew up on the east side of Grand Lake, so this was a different perspective for us - and we all loved it. The game room was great on the rainy day. We brought a kayak and SUP, made a bonfire at the lakeside and watched football on the big screen tv. It doesn't get any better than this!'

'Very nice loacation right on the water of Black Lake. Very nicely decorated and very well stocked with all the essencials. Fire pit was a plus and we saw an abundance of wildlife. Black squirel, ducks with babies, geese with babies, a pair of loons and the best a flock of Trumpter swans. Close distance to a varity of sites and food. Would rent again the hosts were very easy to work with.'

'This property is in a great location with beautiful beach access, we enjoyed the beach, Ocqueoc falls, and downtown Cheboygan (Step In, Cheboygan roasting, lighthouse park). Spacious cabin (plus toys and books) was great for kids. We were visiting family near by and will definitely check for this rental in the future. Thank you to the host for great stay!'

'The house was just as beautiful in person as in the pictures! We enjoyed the house and immediate yard/location of the property....however, the busy highway is directly across from the small lake/pond so we heard and saw the traffic all day while sitting around the bon fire. Also noticed many flying and dead bee's inside. This is not a negative review by any means, but i do wish i knew about the highway before we got there.'
