'新館でしたが、お部屋は眺めもよく、電車が近くを走りますが静かです。 部屋のお風呂も広く、ルームウエアの着心地も良いものでした。 朝食バイキングも種類もあり、美味く、スタッフの対応も良かったです。 大満足です。'

'思った以上にに個室も広くて良かったです。消臭スプレーの匂いが部屋に染み付いていて、かなり強かったです。それ以外は問題なし、近所の建物のガラスが破られていたり、治安的には少し不安な場所ではあります。'

'Great views on Kobe port tower and the mountains. Beautiful hotel but do not expect to check-in earlier than 3pm. They are very strict and will not let you go to your room before the official check-in time even though there were some rooms ready. Also you need to store the luggage yourself without any help from the staff in their baggage room. Location and surroundings of the hotel are beautiful and breakfast buffet is extensive'

'Great views of the sea, the Ferris wheel and Kobe Tower. Right next door to Harborland malls for shopping and food. Ten minutes walk to JR and local lines. Staff is friendly and helpful and speak a bit of English.'
