'温泉が付いた部屋に泊まりました。大きな温泉がふたつ、部屋にあり、ひとつは透明、ひとつは源泉をひいてきている。とてもリラックスできて良かったです。 テレビは大画面がふたつ、寝室とリビングにありました。大きな机がありみんなで楽しく観れます。 料理は厳選されたものが出て、とても美味しかったです。 建物自体が少し暗い感じがしますが風情があり良かったです。つまずかない様に注意ですが！ また利用したいです。よかった。'

'Everything was great from the hospitality to the service. Having a personal shuttle take you around town was great considering how "hilly" the terrain is in Arimaonsen. The onsens (hotsprings) are forbsure the main attraction and the time allotted to rent each onsen (45 minutes a session) was certainly generous. I've stayed here twice already and I'm already looking forward to returning someday.'

'Prachtige luxe ruime kamer met veel extra spullen voor de gasten. Uitzicht vanaf het balkon is schitterend en helemaal als de lichten van de stad aan zijn. Het restaurant is fantastisch. Heerlijk eten en een super enthousiaste chef kok. Wil je even bijkomen van al het reizen dan kun je in dit hotel heerlijk bijkomen. Maar is ook een prima uitvalsbasis om van alles te gaan bekijken in Kobe. De gratis shuttlebus zet je op een centraal punt bij het station af. Een hotel dat ik zeker aan anderen zou...

'We love the Arima Onsen Hanano Ryokan. They picked us up at the train station and even carried our bags up to store our luggage. Yes, getting to the inn meant climbing up some stairs. This might be a problem for some people with mobility issues. But the climb was all worth it because the service was impeccable, the hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was spacious. For such a minimalistic inn, it has everything we needed and more. This inn is traditionally Japanese with modern facilities. ...

'一組にも関わらず、駅到着後、車でお迎えいただきました。 駅から本旅館までは坂を登る必要があり、荷物が多い中ではより厳しい移動となるため、非常に助かりました。 到着後、チェックイン手続きまでの待機時間は多少ありました。個人的には気にならない程度です。 手続き後、宿泊する部屋まで、担当の方にご案内いただきつつ、設備等も説明いただきました。非常に丁寧で、とても心地が良かったです。 温泉は素晴らしく、しかも混雑していないタイミングだったこともあり、非常に楽しめました。 夕食なしのプランでしたが、朝食は非常に満足度が高く、夕食アリにすればよかったなと後悔するほどでした。 帰りも車で駅までお送りいただき、助かりました。 総じて、すごく丁寧な接客をいただき、とても素敵な有馬温泉旅行にしていただきました。ぜひまた訪れたい旅館です。'

'Nice and quaint ryokan with free shuttle service. The tourist information centre can help to contact them for you when you arrive. We booked the only room with an outdoor onsen and bathroom as we were travelling with a toddler. All other rooms don’t have any private toilets. Dinner was amazing and served at sister ryokan 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast was served downstairs. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. Very friendly and welcoming ambiance. 'My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous hotel. Our private bath was already drawn for us when we checked in and it was the perfect temperature! The staff are all so kind hearted and helpful. The food was divine and the drinks are delicious. We did not want to leave! It was such a wonderful and relaxing stay '
