'We stayed for two nights in this wonderful hotel. It's located in the center of the well known Arima Onsen. The hotel has pick-up and bring service that covers the train, bus and cable car stations in the surrounding area. It's very convenient to get around. Our stay at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel in Kobe had both positives and negatives.
Positives:
• Check-in went smoothly and the reception staff were very nice.
• The room was very spacious and included a massage chair.
• The location was excellent, right in the center and just a few minutes’ walk to the station.
• The bed, bathroom, and toilet were clean.

• Unfortunately, we were given a smoking room despite having two small children. It was not possible to change rooms.
