'This home is beautifully located. Peaceful, close to Steelville, easy river access, SO MANY little extras included (thick bath towels, comfortable beds, outdoor lighting and seating, coffee, creamer, yard games, board games, just too many to list)... The owners are so personable and repsond quickly. We've stayed twice and will again!! Thank you Peggy and Jon for a wonderful weekend!'

'This was our second visit to Koi Cottage. Beautiful setting, Quiet and peaceful.'

'The place is good, overall we're happy with our stay, but here's a list. No curtains or blinds in the kitchen. Utensil drawer track broken. There was nothing to hang clothes on in 2 of the 3 bedroom closets. Bathroom door has no door stop, so it hits the wall when opened. Hot and cold water are reversed in the bathroom sink. We would stay here again, but would like to see a couple very simple fixes. '

'So clean it seemed brand new. The knotty pine interior was beautifully decorated with cowboy/longhorn motif. It was just perfect. The cabin are situated so the large number of gorgeous longhorn cattle are just a few yards from the back deck. If you want quiet and a star filled sky, this is the place for you. '
