'It was nice to not have neighbors close by. We enjoyed just being alone with nature. The dogs loved just jumping out and heading to the private beach and dock. They have to hummingbirds that I name Bonnie and Clyde. I’ve never had them interact like that. Super friendly and honestly made me freak at first. The back porch was where we spent most of our time. 'Cottage was quaint but with everything one would need for a fun and relaxing week…watercraft, grill, dock for fishing or sitting, comfortable beds, and an air conditioner for the humid days and nights. A loon pair and chick, bald eagle, osprey, heron, and multiple hummingbirds were a treat! Will look to be back next summer!!'

'This is our second time staying here. We were super sad to see the cabin was for sale since there’s a good possibility new owners may not use it as a rental. Our son goes to Colby and we fell in love with this cabin and decided there was no need to look for another for the next 3 years of his schooling if we didn’t need to. I guess we will wait to see.
