The apartment, about 65 square meters, is located on the first floor of a building equipped with an elevator. To use it, you will need a dedicated key that we will make available upon your arrival. The interiors have been furnished with modern materials and a contemporary style, creating welcoming, functional and pleasant environments to live in for both short and longer stays.
At the entrance you will find the first double bedroom, a bright space thanks to the large window that provides natural light during the day. The room is furnished with bedside tables and lamps for a relaxing atmosphere, has a flat-screen smart TV, large wardrobe, air conditioning and central heating to ensure maximum comfort in every season.
Continuing down the corridor you access the fully equipped kitchen, designed to make you feel at home even during a vacation. You will find everything you need to prepare your meals: basic cooking kit, oven, microwave, induction stove, electric kettle, coffee maker and refrigerator with freezer. Inside the kitchen there is also a convenient washing machine, a detail particularly appreciated by those staying for several days. The room is completed by a dining table for four people, a dedicated hot/cold split and a window that guarantees pleasant natural ventilation.
Next to the kitchen area is the main bathroom, complete with toilet, bidet, shower, sink, large mirror, hairdryer and toiletries. Here, too, the presence of the window makes the room bright and well ventilated.
The second double bedroom maintains the same modern and welcoming style as the rest of the house. It is equipped with a large window, bedside tables with bedside lamps, spacious wardrobe, flat screen smart TV and air conditioning system to offer guests a private and comfortable space.
Free Wi-Fi is included throughout the property, air conditioning and central heating for the entire duration of your stay. A vacuum cleaner, iron and drying rack are also available to guests for every daily need. To offer greater freedom during arrival times, a self-check-in service is available. On request it is also possible to add a crib for babies at a cost of 10€ per night.
