Never saw the staff/ owner in person but easy to communicate . Best way to keep in touch was through WhatsApp. We just learned that… overall it was a great start to our European trip .

Kleine Unterkunft ohne Rezeption und Speisesaal. Aber in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es jede Menge nette Restaurants. Es liegt sehr zentral und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen, wenn man will. Wir fanden es war der ideale Ausgangspunkt für unsere Aktivitäten.

This property was not as advertised. The pictures are filtered. I was very disappointed. Expedia could not help me cancel my 4 day stay. Buyer beware. I will add however that the location was close to everything. This is one of the reasons I was attracted to it.

Great value!
This was just like staying with friends in Rome! Great value for the location very close to city centre. Shower could use an update. Communication with host was exceptional! Would stay here again.

Greetings, Very low cost versus benefit, it doesn't make sense to pay 190 euros per night for a small room and a small shower in a reasonable location, with no reception service and no option for breakfast, in fact just like a hostel.

We had a wonderful 1 night stay , the room was clean , spacious and a very nice and big bathroom . All basic amenities in the room and all well organized by the owner . I will definitely be back ! The area is safe and walkable to all shopping and dining .

Be alert to what you are booking.
First, it's not a hotel; it's a guest house and there is no signage to identify the building. It has 3 or 4 rooms in what used to be a office space in an office building. There is no feont desk, and if you get to Rome late in the evening you will have a hard time getting into the building. The room was clean and comfortable but it is not a hotel.

Do not book
Waited outside the door for 30 minutes. There was nobody answering the phone and eventually some random person asked me to contact someone called Nicolette, rather than them calling me. Someone eventually buzzed us in and we had to somehow find our room keys in the unmanned reception. An overpriced place with an awful service experience. Shouldn’t be allowed on this website.

Petit, mais tout à fait convenable pour un bref séjour. Arrêt d’autobus en face de l’hôtel. A distance à pied de quelques attractions dont la Fontaine de Trevi. Nous avons fermé la clim puisqu’il faisait trop froid et elle n’a jamais redémarrée. Pas de réception, mais nous avons été guidés par texto pour récupérer les clés. Simple et facile.

Completey overpriced. We had a horrible stay here, stayed for one night and the bed was uncomfortable, no hot water (couldn’t even shower!) and the owners couldn’t get it fixed in time for our stay. Considering you pay a big price, you would expect higher quality. I do not reccomend staying here.

Definitely the best room I have stayed during my three weeks stay in Europe. The property was in immaculate condition and location was equally central and good. Very spacious room and a great bathroom. Lots of great restaurants around. Can’t wait to revisit Roma again and will definitely stay here again.

The suite where it's located is nice. You would not be able to tell from the outside. Our flight was delayed so check in was a little confusing, but we eventually made out way in. The room was really nice! Bathroom was clean and new looking. Wish there was an iron or steamer. I would recommend! Very good walking distance to all the sights, otherwise only about a 10 euro trip to most places.

Overall we had a great experience!! Gianluca was very welcoming and made the check in / out process so easy. He also provided some great recommendations for places to eat. His place is even more beautiful than the pictures and we didn’t have any issues with the room. The stay is in walking distance to so many attractions like Piazza Navona, colosseum, pantheon and shops! If I ever visit Rome again I would definitely stay here again ! Thanks gianluca :)

Location and cleanliness combined
A really nice three days in a hotel close to "everything". Room was clean and staff friendly, what more can you ask for? Nice restaurants close by, you could really enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner at a place near Colonna. Only small problem we had was not being able to reach anyone using the tel number provided in the info letter. Not by text message nor by calling on the phone. A friendly lady staff member helped us book a cab to the airport and making it possible to leave our luggage for the time between checking out and taking the ride to the airport, so thanks for that again!

Great place! Would stay again.
Staying at Colonna 18 GH was very nice. We were welcomed to nice, clean, spacious rooms and given what we needed for our stay. Our host was very polite. The location is perfect for tourists. The immediate area offered options for eating breakfast, lunsj or dinner. Very close to the Vatican and Castel sant Angelo. Its near the river Tiber, and on other side you find the Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain Pantheon and Campo de fiori. A 15min walk south along the river brings you to Trastevere and a great Bohemian area filled with caffès, restaurants and bars.

Gute Lage. Unschön ist die Tatsache, dass man im nachträglich in ein Zimmer eingebauten Bad nicht normal vor dem Spiegel stehen kann, sondern nur merkwürdig über Eck.

Good Location and Price
The location was great, the owner directed us on how to get here (bus to the Vatican and about a 10 minute walk). Rooms were all we needed. Bed was OK. Would defiantly come back, very well priced overall.

Pleasant Stay
Hotel was pleasant, prompt check-in, baring in mind there is no permanent desk. Little bit of confusion with the shower but that was resolved quickly. Good location for all the main tourist sites in the city.

Excellent place
Gorgeous place, very spacious room and bathroom and friendly service. I arrived 1 hour prior to check in and was able to access my room which I didn’t expect but really appreciated. Brilliant value for a centrally located guest house. Loved the bathroom miniatures, very handy. My room was on the front and I was aware of the traffic but the noise did not bother me personally or stop me sleeping. Would definitely return.

Agréable chambre en centre ville à 10mn à pied de Saint Pierre de Rome à 2 MN d activités comme shopping, restaurants, a proximité du métro. On n y manqué de rien café nespresso petit bar de chambre télé avec des chaînes en abonnement. Le service est impeccable même dès vêtements de pliés se sont retrouvés pliés comme par magie. Nous sommes enchantés et ne chercherons as une autre adresse quand nous reviendront. Perfect !!!!

Beautiful modern room with a huge bathroom! Loved it! The location was also perfect, walking distance to all tourist attractions. It was a little hard to find when we first arrived, there’s no signs.
