Schoon en centraal gelegen hotel. Echte aanrader
Hele vriendelijke ontvangst, goede service. Mooie, nette kamers. Goede regendouche en nette, schone badkamer. Prima verblijf. Het ontbijt bij het naast gelegen Cotta restaurant was uitgebreid en erg goed. Perfecte service. Echt een hotel waar wij vaker naar toe gaan als we naar Rome gaan.

Beautiful property but most of the dining isn’t any good. The hotel restaurant is terrible. We had to walk a few miles to get to something more authentic and better food.

The are was really loud. Room are supposed to be sound proof and indeed, I never heard anyone from other rooms, but sound carried from the hallway and the street noise was rudiculous.

Anna, Andrea & Alessio were really friendly at the front showing us where to go and giving us recommendations for restaurant and site to visit. The room was to my expectation and the picture are representative of the room, highly recommending this hotel for anyone visiting the city of Roma, the subway and site to visit are all in a walking distance of the hotel will definitely comeback again to visit the rest of the city Ciao!

Bene ma non benissimo.
Esperienza nel complesso positiva, anche se eccessivamente cara rispetto agli standard che mi sarei aspettato, vista la cifra pagata. Estremamente cortesi tutti i ragazzi alla reception che, con il sorriso sulle labbra, si sono sempre resi disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. La camera non rispecchia esattamente gli standard di un quattro stelle, sia per dimensioni che per alcuni dettagli che andrebbero rivisti (ad esempio le rubinetterie e placche delle luci erano scrostate, ecc…)

Purtroppo al mio arrivo non sono stato avvisato dalla reception ne' dalla proprieta'/ gestione dell'hotel ,tempo prima come dovuto tramite i siti di prenotazione, dei lavori in corso nell'hotel: cosa gravissima. Inoltre la stanza del primo giorno era minuscola: un piccolo vano doccia era a fianco del letto,cosi dopo la doccia scendendo il gradino vi era 30 cm dal letto,mentre al bagno si accedeva aprendo un portellone nascosto..una cosa indegna di un sedicente 4 stelle!

10/10!!! AMAZING STAFF, HOTEL AND LOCATION
My family and I had a great experience here!! The staff was so friendly, helpful and overall just wonderful. The location is nearby to transportation so that was great too. The area is a 15 min walk to most of the toursity things. The room was spotless and modern. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

The reason I give this rating is the room we were given was dark, so I opened up the window to let some light in and all the filth and garbage in the back that was there was very disappointing and not good for a guest to be faced with. This is not the first time I’ve booked thru Expedía and have had a bad experience. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly!!

The staff was so kind, helpful and welcoming. Great location that’s within walking distance to all the landmarks of Rome. The room was small (as all rooms in Rome tend to be) but comfortable.
