'This is our second time staying at the Manor House. It was every bit as good as the first stay. The house is roomy, lots of space for all of us to sit around and chat, and a big table for card games. The kitchen has every pot, pan, bowl, plate, glass, etc. you could ever need. The house is in a very quiet wooded area yet not too far from shopping, restaurants, etc. We'll be back. '

'Property is very well kept in a quiet, rural location but within 15 minutes of everything you could need. Best equipped kitchen we have ever had at a rental! Large pots, cookie sheets, even a crock pot and cheese grater! Best communication with an owner as well. I always got a response within minutes. Ammenities are awesome with use of a large lake for swimming, kayaking, wakeboarding, slide and even fishing. Also sports courts and petting and feeding all the animals. Renting this home is like...

'The home was exactly what we needed for our trip to visit family in Peoria. There was ample space for us to spread out and have areas where the kids could separate from each other. As noted in other reviews, power can be a challenge but one that was easily overcome with extension cords. Joseph was responsive to questions and the checkout process was as easy as can be. We definitely appreciated the fact that it is just off of the main roads as it made for simple trips to certain things...

'The owners spent a ton of money remodeling the place and did a good job. We rented it for the holidays but the day before the cleaners noticed a problem and the owners had to call us to cancel our reservation. At first that sounds horrible, but it was not due to their neglect and had they allowed us to stay the result would have been less then great. I am thankful they sacrificed their income to make sure we did not experience a bad rental.'
