'Nice sized space. Definitely a work in progress in the repairs and upgrades to the house itself. Fridge was clean, spaces were clean, the bed was comfy and we liked having that TV for background noise while we were there. The kids at the park were a little noisy and the walls weren't very sound proof from the outside world. Overall, very enjoyable stay. '

'We liked the location and the hosts were responsive to questions and suggestions for improvements, which is saying something!.We enjoyed Ann Arbor and each other but had lovely weather so spent little time in the unit itself. There were 6 of us and at times we had 4 cars (we convened from all directions) and parking was ample and worked well. '

'This space was perfect for a group of volleyball coaches to stay for an event in downtown Detroit and a few other locations. Plenty of beds, clean accommodations. No complaints. Would stay again!'

'The house was surprisingly spacious, bedding was AMAZING. Lots of pillows and beautifully done in general. My favorite part of the house was the fully furnished basement. Great for hanging out and family time. I recommend 10/10 would stay again! Ps host is very communicative. '

'Sharon has set up the perfect destination for short term and long-term stays. The neighborhood is nice and travel accessible to the area. The house is decorated with a lot of style and clean. She was very thoughtful in the amenities she provided. She was accessible and very helpful. I would use her property again.'

'This property has all the necessary rooms and bathroom for our family. Frank was very helpful and accommodating to our needs and answered all questions in a prompt manner or call us himself. Property was renovated; rooms ample, had extra towels, paper towels and tvs in all bedrooms. Downstairs family was nice. We appreciated the 3 bathrooms. Parking was good. Might be good to have extra plates, bowls, coffee cups and silverware to use as to not always having to wash them. Also tissues in...
