'I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.'

'Breakfast selection were not great. Not as good as last time we stayed. They ran out of items as well as tableware and dishes. Very surprising for this hotel. But staff is friendly and helpful. They just need more help. Location is excellent and rooms are comfortable. Night desk staff was very helpful with a temperamental printer. I will stay there again. '

'Staff were amazing. However, Expedia showed that the two double-bed room comes with a sofa bed. When we arrived at the hotel, they told us that our queen-bed room does not include a sofa bed — only the king-bed room does. Expedia, please fix this issue. '

'Clean room, working appliances. The in wall heater /AC worked well. Breakfast was 2 items, which alternated each of 2 days. It was very noisy from the Air show at Hillsboro Airport, but that is just one weekend per year.'

'Stayed here for 2 days came in my hotel and the window screen was broke, the TV was broke, and the front door would not shut it stayed open all 2 nights. Staff was terrible they never helped out and they are very rude and disrespectful! I would not recommend this hotel to stay at.'

'I was disappointed with the condition of the bath room. A broken and repaired lid on the toilet. A long hair on the towels and the shower/tub was in bad need of reglazing. I took pictures, which I can send. I also showed the photos to the front desk upon check out. The front desk agent apologized.'

'I believe they put us in a room typically meant for guests with pets, so the minor damages were to be expected, but overall it was clean, well decorated, quiet and professional. I would definitely stay here again!'
