'I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.'

'Room was nice and clean, it was very quiet and we got to use the pool with no one else coming in-what a treat! Beds were comfy, shower worked great and breakfast was wonderful! I very much appreciated the Gluten Free Muffin availability, as well as the Dairy Free milk! I appreciate that Best Western is stepping up to offer allergen friendly options for those of us with issues. Once again, my favorite hotel chain!'

'Overbooked and got put into rooms different from what was booked. Elevators were not working during stay. Room layout is odd with mini fridge under bathroom sink. Shower had fogged glass window into bedroom. Bench is right under tv so can’t really sit on it without bumping your head.'

'My only complaint, paying to park in an Unsecured parking lot. All guests pay to park and then read signs letting you know that you park at your own risk. What are we paying for? This is very annoying.'

'Room was very spacious . The sitting area was an added plus as well as the little refrigerator and kitchen sink. The housekeeping could have been better ,but it may have been that the hotel was very busy that weekend.'

'I loved the manager! We had a not great experience with the front desk and in the morning I went to speak. With a manager and he was super apologetic, comped our breakfast and parking. We had already rebooked somewhere else however because of him we might’ve stayed. Rooms are alittle dated however clean'

'Wij hebben het er zeer naar onze zin gehad. Kamers zijn goed uitgerust met complete keuken en uitstekend bed. Realiseer je dat er geen ontbijtruimte is; bij de balie kun je muffins halen, koffie en thee. En de kamer wordt niet elke dag schoongemaakt, bij ons na 4 dagen. Dagelijks is ook nergens voor nodig. Plezierig is dat het hotel/motel rustig is gelegen dus weinig lawaai 's nachts mits je de enorme airco uitzet. De gehorigheid in het gebouw is redelijk goed. Het is gemakkelijk te vinden en...
