'I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.'

'They served tater tots and cut up hot dogs for breakfast. We had a dog and they put us on the 3rd floor so she couldn't go outside easily to potty. And they charged $12 for parking and $75 for having a dog. It was not what we expected. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There was a blood stain on the bottom sheet also.'

'Bathroom/shower area was really cruddy. Looks like baseboards had never/ever been cleaned. Toilet seat was hanging on to toilet by a thread. Door scraped floor when opening or closing, and hinges needed oiling. Other main issue was that air conditioner would not run continuously, but would cool for a while, and then stop. 'Our stay was nice, except for the $12/night parking fee (with no option to park anywhere else). The rooms were very much fine. Hotel staff were cordial. For the price I paid I would expect friendlier staff and not to pay a parking fee, which was not disclosed at booking.'
