Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. She’s the only staff member.
There’s a guy that sits in the lobby closest to the desk everyday but it’s not clear if he works here or if he’s a resident.

'Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!! '

'There are no words to describe how disappointing this hotel is. I planned a vacation for my elderly aunt and her adult son.
