'Nice central hotel, perfect for a few day trip to Hobart. Rooms were very neat and clean. The personnel was always very kind and helpful. It's a plus that there's a gym (a little small, but cannot ask much from a hotel gym and has the basic amenities that you might need), sauna and a pool with a great view. The breakfast is nice, not as full and diverse as other Ibis hotels, but still has many delicious options. Overall great value for the money.'

Checking in at the restaurant next door lasted 30’ as the only one who new how that worked was also the only one with a gaming license and was not available!! Checking out was even worse: we left at 9.30 AM and the reception was closed AGAIN!! The restaurant opens at 11AM so there was nobody present and check out is before 10AM. Ridiculous. The food in the restaurant is good ad are the employees working...
