We also enjoyed to upstair balcony- a great location for reading books or drinking morning coffee. They had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage which was great. The tram stop is directly across the street so transporting stuff to and from beach was easy. '

'We were disappointed by the amount of omitted information regarding the rental. The community pools were closed for maintenence. The pool at the house is completely shaded. We were told to go to building b to obtain parking passes wristbands however due to the pools being closed the gates were locked and we could not get in to the check in hut by the pool to get them. We spent over an hour wasting time calling security to get the needed items.The beach access does not allow for a car to drop...
