'clean room, no ice, coke machine sells for 3.50 but takes 4.50 from your card. office says coke machine (two of them) are at your own risk. thee hotel has nothing to do with them and there is no phone number for a refund. they then said we don't make money from it so we don't give refunds for it and why would we have a phone number we don't make any money from those machines.'

'Terrible and dirty- RUDE STAFF STRICT RULES UNFAVORABLE AREA UNFAVORABLE PEOPLE SURROUNDING THE AREA. YOU’RE BETTER OFF BOOKING AT THE HYATT FOR A COUPLE DOLLARS MORE FOR LESS RULES, NICER STAFF, AND YOU WILL NOT SEE UNFAVORABLE PEOPLE WALKING AROUND LATE AT NIGHT.'

'The room was dated but clean, bed was not comfortable and for the love of Carl can you please give us more than one pillow that has at least a little integrity? No evelvator so be prepared to take your luggage up stairs. The worst part was we lost power in the middle of the night - not their fault but OOOF! It stayed off all night and all morning. We left very early down a very dark hallway and staircase as there was no way to get coffee or anything. Doubt I would return.'
