'Was nicest hotel in Tasmania! Rooms are large and very convenient with lovely views. Bathroom is large, with bathtub and shower. Closet has area for your luggage and is the best set up in any hotel I have stayed in. The front desk staff is amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. 'Excellent location with parking. Huge apartment with well equipped kitchen. However there was no internet and the front office staff did nothing to fix it, probably not able to do anything about it. We were counting on it after a week spent traveling in nature parks. Only one heater for the whole place. Quite bland decoration overall, very functional. No body wash product in bathroom. Good housekeeping.'

'Nicely equipped room, with small kitchen area that enabled me to have some meals in the room. I particularly liked that in addition to a pod coffee maker, it also had a milk frother so I could make coffees with milk. Washing machine and dryer were handy. Salamanca Place is literally a minutes walk. Reception is at the Lenna next door and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. '

'Checking in and out is very problematic. We arrived at 4PM but the reception was closed. Checking in at the restaurant next door lasted 30’ as the only one who new how that worked was also the only one with a gaming license and was not available!! Checking out was even worse: we left at 9.30 AM and the reception was closed AGAIN!! The restaurant opens at 11AM so there was nobody present and check out is before 10AM. Ridiculous. The food in the restaurant is good ad are the employees working...
