'Stayed there for one night only and was very impressed. Very nice and clean hotel and staff was extremely helpful. Road in front of the hotel is too busy for walking so you will need a car for getting to restaurants or shops.'

'The staff were kind, polite and helpful. The rooms and common areas were dirty. Clearly understaffed and doing their very best. Right off the elevator hit a wall of sewer smell that permeated the hallway. Set the tone for a dirty shower in the bathroom, a carpet that looked recently replaced but quickly vacuumed. Mold growing on the picture frames. The issue is clearly not enough help and those who are working are doing their very best.'

'I am very critical of my hotel stays. I can certainly say this was 1 of my top 5 hotel stays. I travel alot. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean, and the decor was absolutely beautiful. If I am ever in Pittsburgh again, this will be my hotel of choice.'
