'This hotel was absolutely beautiful on the inside. Huge wall mounted TV. A fireplace that changes color beneath, touch screen vanity and waterfall shower. The hotel desk person was a very kind gentleman. My only thing was I wish there was a coffee maker to go along with the nice fridge and microwave. With that being said there is a Starbucks right in front of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again and most likely will within the next 6 months. '

'This property was newly renovated. When we checked in, we inquired about the laundry room (hours, cost, location, etc). She told us that the washing machine was free but the dryer was coin operated. That was not true, $2 to wash, $3 to dry. I didn’t have enough quarters to dry, and front desk didn’t have any change, so she let me dry my clothes in the hotel dryer. That was a save! We got a king bed suite. It was spacious, clean, and fairly new. And thank goodness NO carpet! I hate carpet in...

'Ottima scelta in rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo a pochi minuti dal centro (a parte qualche minuto di coda bel tunnel). Gentilissimo il personale sia al ristorante che alla reception. Comodo il parcheggio superiore per caricare le valigie. Ci hanno addebitato per errore la colazione (compresa nella prenotazione) e alla nostra osservazione l’hanno prontamente rimossa dal conto. '

'Arrived at the property and there was a system outage. Multiple guests had to wait to be checked in. Khalifah, the desk agent, handled the situation like a pro. He remained calm, explained the situation to every guest that arrived, and offered everyone a beverage and snacks. Even when some guests who were already in the hotel were being rude, he stayed professional. He even went door to door to try to determine which rooms could be used. Blessings to this young man. True customer service...

'Loved that it was pet-friendly but there isn’t a lot of green space nearby. No ice machines but the desk staff were always courteous about filling ice bags. 40th street traffic can be loud but the hotel is so conveniently located to lots of walkable shops and restaurants. '

'After we checked in I felt a lot better about the place but definitely was very taken a back about how old it looked when pulling up to the building. I was staying with my young grandson and wanted to feel safe and comfortable in the area. After speaking with the staff I was definitely more at ease. They were very helpful and curtious. I do wish it was a little more up to date however. Breakfast was great but very crowded.'
