'Large airy apartment. Noise from the street could be heard, but we were tired from site seeing so it hardly disturbed our sleep. Lively part of town, lots of places to eat and drink . We walked to everything and left the car in Cavendish Road carpark 3 minutes away for £6 per 24 hours. '

'The room overlooked the Shalesmoor tram stop and a busy roundabout so there was no break from traffic noise. Given the room was stinking hot and no aircon in summer, the only way of reducing noise was closing the window. Tv not working. No kettle, felt springs from bed'

'I was a little concerned that check in info, including teh address, was to be provided only 3 hours before check-in time, but in the event it all worked out fine. The apartment is not fancy, but comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped.'

'Everything was really fine...apart from the fire alarm on the first day at 8:00. I rushed out of the buiding, noone came or seemed bothered, the alarm rang for close to an hour. Is there any manager on duty? Otherwise, I would recommend the place, ideally located in the town center, 20 min walk to the University, very clean, spacious room with kitchen corner and fridge.'

'pros: great convenient location quiet, decent sound proofing heating worked fine reliable wifi comfortable overall cons: given contact phone no. doesn't work, their online info needs updating. missing basics - no bath mat, no hair dryer, no tv, no kitchen cleaning supplies (sponge, bin bags etc.) rendering the kitchen useless except for microwave & fridge. inconvenient keys pick up & drop off from a locker 5mins away clean enough overall but dishes were a bit dirty '

'The overall stay was okay, good location, easy parking. When booking a stay here I would advise that you are aware of the following: - The place could do with slight fixing. Some items were broken/worn down. - We booked the stay for 2 people and were only provided with one set of towels - Communication was very last minute and even though responses were reasonably quick the organisation could be improved. Week prior to stay I had contacted to confirm car details for parking and asked that if...
