New Modern Tuscan Villa - Beach 10Min - Heated Salt Water Pool - Luxury Living

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, modern Tuscan Villa, completely renovated in 2024, where you can unwind and enjoy life in gorgeous Southwest Florida in the quiet community of Rotonda West. We have all the amenities you will need in our 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a heated saltwater pool, and plenty of outdoor room for entertaining.

Only 10 minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, this home is an example of what ultimate cleanliness and relaxation should be.

Walk through the front door, and step into our beautiful modern full kitchen, complete with all the new appliances you would come to expect from a completely renovated luxury Tuscan villa, with enough room for everyone. We include a coffee maker, blender, all silverware and dinnerware, and the basics to get your vacation started (salt and pepper, cooking oil, seasonings, etc). There is seating for 4 at the included island, and right behind the kitchen is a dining room table with seating for 6.

The open living room with vaulted ceiling's has a large high end couch, two high end chairs , and a smart TV with streaming services available to be logged in and enjoyed. Multiple board games are provided for those unlikely rainy days. There are ceiling fans with remote controls in every room. Free WiFi is provided. This is a courtesy. We rely on the provider and although it works very well, it is not guaranteed.

The master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, a full bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a marble enclosed vertical spa and soaking tub, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and standard closet. The 3rd bedroom contains 2x twin beds with smart TV, and a standard closet as well.

Walk past our outdoor patio with a covered outdoor dining table, and see the star of the show: a fully enclosed, screened in lanai containing a beautiful Spa-like Salt Water Heated Pool, with a vast amount of foliage allowing for complete privacy. Two sun loungers are also included, allowing you to enjoy the atmosphere without getting in, if you so desire. During April - October, the pool will remain around a steady 85 degrees. At the guest's request, we can provide additional heating during the November - March months for an additional $20 a day.

The pool pump runs 9 am - 8 pm. Pool heater and fountains stop at 8 pm. Pool service happens Thursday morning on weekly basis. We provide pool alarms on two sliding patio doors for safety. They stay off, but can be turned on upon request. No pool gates provided. Grill is included with propane gas tank , this is a complementary service to our guests please check before using grill if tank has gas.

Also included is a pack n play and highchair for our youngest guests. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, and trash bags are provided, and should be enough for a few days days. If you plan on staying for an extended period of time, additional items can be purchased from nearby stores.

The whole house, yard, and pool area is allowed to be used by our guests except the closets in the hallway, and the garage itself.

No boats or any motorized vehicles allowed on the driveway besides cars.
Other things to note
Pet fee is 100 dollars up to 25 lbs and max of two pets per reservation. Please contact us prior to staying with your pet information.

Our Tuscan Villa has three cameras - one on the front of the garage, one by the front door, and one by the pool heater and salt water tank for security purposes.

Numerous grocery stores are within 10 minutes or less.

Restaurants are within 10-15 minutes.

Englewood Beach is located within 12 minute drive and multiple other beaches are located within 20 minute drive including beautiful Boca Grande Island.

Rotonda West offers 5 golf courses for locals and guests to enjoy!
