Super schoon en zeer goed onderhouden villa in Rotonda met zonne-energie en elektrische verwarmd zoutwater zwembad en jacuzzi in Lanai (op het westen gelegen, met uitzicht op de gracht). Elektrische Pool / Spa warmte en belastingen zijn inbegrepen in de huurprijs. Het huis is 2630 sqfeet (245 m2), de Lanai gebied is 750 sqfeet (105 m2).
Het interieur is professioneel ontworpen met keramische tegels vloeren en laminaat vloeren in de slaapkamers.
Het van airconditioning voorziene villa heeft 3 slaapkamers, elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer, een van de badkamers geeft ook toegang tot het zwembad.

Excellent holiday home

This property had everything you could possibly need and more. The salt water pool was lovely the water was so soft on your skin and did not take the colour out of your swimwear. The panoramic lanai made watching the wild life so much better like a big tv screen. Margreth has added lots of little extras which made all the difference. We have stayed in many villas over the last 30 years and this one has been the best.

Well Kept Home!

Fabulous Vacation Home

Wonderful Rotonda Home

This home exceede our expectations! We stayed here for a week with our granddaughter. Margreth was a great hostess. She answered all of our questions timely and made our check in and out a very smooth one. The house was very clean and had all the things we needed. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs. The beds were all comfortable, showers were great, the pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily. And the sunset over the pool was beautiful every night. We have rented around 10 homes in Rotonda and this was the best experience so far. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home Margreth!

Fabulous pool home with spa (and canal view)

We loved this Rotonda property and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday break in a beautiful villa. Margreth, the owner, could not have been more helpful both as we were booking and during our stay. The villa is sparklingly clean, it's the best equipped place we've ever stayed in, and is exceptionally maintained. There's also a comprehensive house manual so you never need to worry about anything during your stay. We spent most of our time relaxing outside around the pool and spa enjoying the peace and quiet - which is why we chose the property. The house is on a canal and we loved watching the wildlife - lots of birds, turtles and quite a few alligators swimming past. The garage is well stocked with lots of fun equipment - we used the golf clubs to play a round at one of the Rotonda courses (The Palms). The people at the course are very friendly and helpful to visitors - it's a lovely way to spend a few hours and has some fun and challenging holes. Overall, this is the best villa we've rented on Rotonda - and we would highly recommend it. We liked it so much we've already booked it again!

An Incredible Home!

I cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous home. It is in a quiet, residential area and offers every amenity you could need, including all kitchen/cooking supplies, bicycles, a gas grill, beach equipment, etc. The pool is beautiful and warm. We had a very enjoyable time; highly recommend.

Very relaxing week in a beautiful home.

We stayed 7 nights. Margreth was an excellent host, we only had a couple questions, but she was super fast to respond. They have a nice informative binder that was the perfect handbook for any and every question. VERY peaceful neighborhood. Lots of extras provided in the kitchen for cooking which was great! House is beautiful & pool was amazing. Our only issue was the handbook stated we needed to keep AC set at 75 or it would freeze up & AC rarely made it to 75. Granted it was 100 degrees outside every day, however, we have our AC at home set between 68 to 70. So 75 was very uncomfortable and waking up with it 79/80 was not definitely not sleeping temps for us. However, we brought a fan along & they had one available in the garage. We would definitely stay again.

8 Weeks in Paradise

This house is immaculately clean. The pictures are totally accurate and the space is both gorgeous and expansive. Plenty of room for everyone staying there. I stayed for 8 weeks along with some family and friends and alternated work and vacation during my extended stay. There is a large desk in the den that fit all of my monitors and laptop comfortably. The back patio and pool area are excellent for relaxing in the evenings, and I loved the added hot tub on the end of the pool. The house is close to Stump Pass beach, Boca Grande, Blind Pass beach, and Manasota Key beach. There are lots of boating, parasailing, and fishing excursions available in Englewood nearby. The house is also within reasonable driving distance for a day trip to Tampa, Sarsota, Ft Myers or Naples. We also did a long day trip to Disney in Orlando. That is a bit of a drive, but doable. I was pleased with every aspect of our stay.

Gorgeous Private Retreat

We were enormously impressed with this property and enjoyed a delightful stay there. I don't think it's a new home, but it has been beautifully updated and is in immaculate condition. And the pool/spa was wonderful and in like-new condition. Neighborhood was very quiet and felt private. My highest praise? I'd consider buying the place if it were on sale.

Home from Home in the Florida sunshine!

Property was extremely clean, well appointed and everything you could possibly need for your vacation. Margreth has thought of it all! Lovely house ❤️

This was a quaint spot out in a residential neighborhood. We loved the fact that we were in paradise away from people. We were only around people if we wanted to be. We rode bikes every day and laid by the pool! There were no tourist attractions which was a plus on our list but, the beaches were just a short drive away! Beaches were not crowded and were clean. The house was just as described and had everything you could need or want while on vacation. The house was very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again and bring the kids!! The owner was very timely when we had questions and was very sweet to work with! We loved our stay!

Everything that was provided, supplied, and the information was very much available from house functions all the way down to local activities. Communication was unparalleled from the owner!! The pictures do not do this house justice! Simply amazing and felt like home. My family and I had a fantastic time. They literally thought of everything including bicycles to ride through the neighborhood, detailed instructions on how to use everything in the house including the amazing hot tub and pool. From first contact with the owner, until checkout, it could not be a better experience and since we are experienced vacation home renters this means a lot to us.
