'Excellently'

'Excellent location close to the hospital'

'Really appreciated how clean the place was and how warm the staff were 😊 Ps. Loved having a nespresso pods machine and air fryer in the room. Would definitely stay again!'

'Very friendly hosts who were very proactive in making their guests as comfortable as possible. Check-in very quick and easy. The room was very spatious and the bathroom had a jacuzzi. Kitchenette with all the essentials was also there. No restaurant but you can order a very reasonably priced and good breakfast that is served in the room. Hosts are knowledgeable about their city and the region and gave very good advice over local attractions and activities.'

'Dirty and unclean. Stains (blood?) on the pillow and sheets. Run down and all round dirty rooms with a vile stench in them. Rude, uninterested staff.'

'Nice place to stay'

'Good value for money. Hotel is a bit dated, but otherwise the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Not a bad location as well.'

'Prima accommodatie om te verblijven. Alles klopt en ze zijn zeer gastvrij en attent.'

'The interior of the room was fantastic and really nice to be able to relax in the wooden tub. Staff was really helpful with recommendations of places to visit whilst in Rotorua'

'Very clean spacious quiet unit. Would highly recommend'

'Goede keus dit hotel. We hadden een fijne, schone kamer met comfortabele bedden. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en geeft advies bij het uitzoeken van excursies. Enige minpuntje vonden wij het restaurant. We zagen prachtige schotels voorbijkomen, maar wat wij bestelden viel erg tegen. Ontbijt is erg duur.'
