Guest Access:

You'll have the whole bach to yourselves - all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, the living and dining areas, the laundry, the deck and the lakeside lawn, including the kayaks and BBQ, with direct lake access. There's plenty of on-site parking.



The Neighborhood:

Hannah's Bay is a tranquil lakeside community on the eastern shore of Lake Rotorua, a relaxed mix of locals and holidaymakers right on the water. The Hannah's Bay boat ramp and reserve are a short stroll away - great for launching a boat or a lakeside walk - and you're wonderfully handy to the rest of Rotorua: the airport is just three minutes away, the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest about twelve, Te Puia fourteen, and the lakefront, the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa and central Rotorua around fifteen. Skyline's gondola and luge, Zorb and Canopy Tours are over on the western side of town, around twenty-five minutes away.



Getting Around:

A car is handy, with ample on-site parking. Rotorua Airport is just three minutes away - about the easiest arrival in town - with the Redwoods forest around twelve minutes, Te Puia fourteen, and central Rotorua, the lakefront and the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa about fifteen. Skyline, Zorb and Canopy Tours are roughly twenty-five minutes on the western side of town.



Other Things to Note:

WIFI runs at around 334 Mbps. This is an absolute-lakefront property - please supervise children at all times near the water, and enjoy the kayaks safely with life jackets.



This property has a Minut sensor in the living room that monitors noise and smoke. It never records audio - it only sends our property managers a decibel reading if noise stays above acceptable levels for a sustained period.
