'This property is pretty much perfect as a solo traveller, it is definitely on the lower cost of properties in the town but this does not mean it is unwelcoming, uncomfortable or cold. The room very much reminded me of my university days, small but functional. Breakfast was just right to start the day, with a typical continental fare and dont miss out on a hard boiled egg. Coffee is available all day long and the honesty bar for beer, wine and soft drinks is a life saver. I wouldn't hesitate...

'After our vacation in Spain we went to stay for 2 night in la Vela te Peille. This was a great and unique experience. As we came to Peille to visit Monaco and Nice, we enjoyed the mountainside as well. 15-20 minute drive took us to Monaco or Nice center which are beautiful cities. The drive itselves was an happening as well. I was like Cars driving through the mountainside with Sally. The whole family enjoyed it. La Vela was a great B&B to stay. 'Geweldige lokatie op de top van de Col de Aravis. Leuke kamer (Wij overnachten in de sport kamer) en heerlijk gegeten. Uitgebreid ontbijt met heerlijk pistache cake. Al met al een zeer geslaagd verblijf gehad.'
