'Nice hotel with great rooms. We stayed in room 9 and the only downside was the view from the room (backside of the hotel with a view on a messy parking and the backside of other companies) and the lack of chromecast on the TV. The AC in the room wasn’t entirely clear on how to operate it.'

'It might be a fun place during the busy Christmas season. But in September we arrived to a scene of eerie desolation. Not a soul. No staff. No other guests. Reception closed. Lobby closed. Restaurant closed. You ring a bell and someone at a remote location opens the door for you so you can collect your room key. Otherwise no human interaction. 'This hotel is a must especially if you arrive by rail or bus. It's located in between the bus and rail station. The hotel is so welcoming, rooms and are sparkling clean ,spacious and includes kitchen amenities. There is a small minimart close to hotel and the larger grocery store is a 10min walk. The breakfast is wonderful. Staff is friendly and helpful.'

'Luxe hotel met prachtige, grote, nette kamers van alle gemakken voorzien. Is op loopafstand van de commerciële activiteiten rondom Santa Village, vlakbij het vliegveld en genoeg eetgelegenheden. Ontbijt is voornamelijk gericht op de Finse en Lapland keuken. Verwacht dan ook geen pancakes of croissantjes. '
