'Great location near coffee and wonderful restaurants (The Saint just one block away) and and beside a gorgeous little chapel. Easy walk to golf but without being in all the crowds. Also, extremely comfortable. Only suggestion is more instructional info for finding things, using laundry machine, and how to leave things at check out. '

'The apt was well situated for comfort and easy access to all of St Andrew’s. With 2 locations in town they have a lot of options for single and group travel. I really liked the premium feel to the apartments and was well taken care of in communication with their staff when I had questions during and the option to leave my. 'Beautiful an luxurious hotel. Well equipped and nicely decorated hotel room with everything you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. Good breakfast with a view over the Old Course and town. Allergies were perfectly dealt with. Location of the Sands Grill could be better: no windows/outside view, which is a pity for such a marvelous hotel location. Be aware that the use of the spa pool has certain restrictions in time when no further spa treatment is booked.'

'Modern, comfortable double room perfect for our stay in St Andrews to attend a wedding nearby. Much nicer than other well known budget hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Room was spotless and bed comfy. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The location worked for us but it is on the edge of St Andrews and would be a good walk or taxi ride into the centre. 'Na een drukke dag is het prettig aankomen in Lathones : zeer vriendelijk onthaal en mooie kamers met eigen tuintjes waar we van de september zon genoten . Er is een pub net naast de balie waar je zeer lekker kan eten voor een schappelijke prijs : wij betaalden 25£ voor een perfekt gebakken duiven borst gevolgd door een heerlijke beef Pie met knapperig gekookte groenten... Heerlijk. St Andrews is dichtbij en een paar uurtjes rijden van Aberdeen .'

'Lisa and Graham were outstanding hosts. Morven House is a hidden gem, which is hard as its one of the most prominent and historical buildings in Carnoustie. A must stay if you're in the area.'

'The hostess is a gem! The house is quaint and peaceful. Fabulous breakfast and I love the living room on the bottom floor. Water pressure could be better, but that may just be an issue with the area so I wouldn't fault the propriator for that. The twin mattress in the room was meant for a small child. It was not comfortable for a third adult, but the main mattress was great. Still five stars because the owner is so accommodating and the place is very nice. '
