'Is een hotel midden in een woonwijk met malls in de buurt, het is zeker geen resort ze hebben spa mogelijkheden. Maar de info vind ik misleidend. Strandt is zeker niet op loopafstand. Personeel super aardig, het buffet is verrukkelijk. Maar voor rust zou ik volgende keer ergens anders gaan. Daarnaast kunnen er geen ramen open, en dat benauwde mij, ik heb niks met het climate control. '

'This hotel is my regular stay when I come to Chennai. You can freely go in and out of Express Avenue, so you can enjoy meals, shopping, movies, etc. regardless of the weather. The hotel staff is very kind and willing to give you advice. I come to see movies during Pongal and am very satisfied because there is a movie theater next door. " Food is good and a nice pool area. Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk around to see for themselves. Go for the food and avoid staying."
