'Lovely spot to base our holiday. Quiet & clean! Traveled around to Stepstow Castle, Westbury Court Gardens, Croft and Berrington Hall. Owner was very thorough with great instructions !'

'We loved our stay at Merryview, the location is stunningly beautiful! The bungalow was warm and inviting, everything was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfy. Kitchen and laundry facilities were excellent and the little welcome pack was a lovely thought. If you're looking for a quiet, rural, undisturbed stay we can definitely recommend!'

'We were made very welcome and the place itself was very cozy . It wasn’t nice weather so we appreciated it . The pub next door had great food and again we felt at home . They made such a fuss of our dog too . '

'The owners have done a fantastic job in converting the lambing shed into a cosy & comfortable holiday retreat. We went for Christmas week and not only was the cottage super clean but they had also spent considerable time putting up a wonderful Christmas tree & Christmas decorations. The log fire was a real treat and we were very grateful to have a tour of the farm. Highly recommended.'

'It’s a lovely place to stay if you like walking a lot. It’s a short drive to local places of interest. The hosts are lovely and very accommodating. The ladder up to the bedroom is quite a quirky feature. Overall it’s a lovely cosy base to explore from.'
