It would benefit from some improvements and pay more attention to the little details that make a difference considering the price range. Better pillows and mattresses, TVs that actually work. 'We rented this home for four nights, and it was an amazing property with a front view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It has both a front and rear yard. Waking up in the morning was beautiful, especially sitting on the front porch watching the farm animals do their daily routines. 'I have previously stayed at this location when it was operated as a bed and breakfast, this time it is only a lodging spot with complimentary drinks which was conveyed in the listing. The home is lovely and easily located in Orange, with quick access to many historical areas. While the Fenton is listed as having a bathroom, which it does, it is a tiny water closet at best.
