The hotel itself is neat and clean, and including sauna and steambad, very nice! The breakfast buffet was up to our standard and the surroundings in the Swiss alps has been as always brilliant. So all and all a very nice stay, we didn’t extend our stay with another day for nothing!

'The hotel is located in Meiringen, which is connected to Interlakhen OST and Luzern by train. Lake Brienz is also pretty close to the property. The room was spacious, had all amenities. Though like many other Intrelaken Hotels, the hotel does not have AC, however, they provided table fan, which is sufficient. Hotel provides a free pass to ride to local cable car and public bus services. '

'We verbleven in juni 2018 in dit hotel. Men vraagt een aardig bedrag voor een zeer kleine kamer. Nou is dit niet een heel probleem. Echter geen airco, overdag was het 25 graden, ‘s avonds ramen open gezet, maar het koelde maar niet af in de kamer. Gevolg: slechte nachtrust. Verder veel vliegen bij het ontbijt! Ontbijt was zeer goed, maar de vliegen.... verschrikkelijk. '

'We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We mainly wanted to explore Mount Titlis and this hotel is a 10 minute walk from there. The hotel has really beautiful views of the mountains. The restaurant and breakfast they have was also quite good! The hotel also has a lot of restaurants and bars around. The are also plenty of shops around.
Caroline helped us out a lot during our stay and if it wasn’t for her, we would have a much more difficult time during our stay! '

The staff was excellent with the most note worthy service being provided by Freya and Lazio. We stayed in the Epoque room which was one of the loveliest beautifully appointed rooms with rounded windows but modern Scandinavian style furniture and a gorgeous up to date bathroom! And the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an outstanding experience and highly recommend this property. '
