'The room is spacious and clean with comfortable pillows. The rooftop bar and restaurant is lovely and a plus. The staff from the reception to the rooftop bar/restaurant were helpful and friendly with great service. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.'

'No complaints, nice and spacious room, the cleaning service seems a bit overbooked, as day 1 both of my glasses in the bathroom were filthy (lipstick stains, eww!), but this was resolved immediately when i asked. Club level has a separate room for breakfast in the morning and snacks in the evening, both were great. The elevator to the club level however is unbelievably slow.'

'Loved the breakfast. Common areas were clean and well lit. The room, while comfortable, nut needed housekeeping attention, particularly the bathroom. I was confused by the room cleaning schedule of every other day. Our room was freshened only once in our 7 night stay. Trash was emptied only once. We liked the hotel and will return.'

'Everything we experienced in our one night stay was excellent:staff was cheerful and responsive, room was clean, nicely decorated and equipped, breakfast was abundant, tasty and well supervised. The Port’s long tradition of welcoming travelers is intact.'

'Goed hotel. Wel alert bij ontbijt: je krijgt een voucher voor 2 personen. Als je met kinderen reist, moet daarvoor apart betaald worden. Onaangenaam als je boekt inclusief ontbijt.'

'Room was dirty upon arrival (urine in the toilet). Staff did switch is to another room but still pretty gross and makes me question the cleanliness of the rooms. Beds were advertised as queen but were only doubled. When brought to the staff’s attention, we were told that all beds are that size. So they are falsely offering larger beds. Asked for additional pillows and were told that housekeeping leaves at 5, so nothing was available from housekeeping. Room was never cleaned while we were...

'If you're looking to be pampered, you can go somewhere else and pay a bunch more money. If you're looking for a comfortable room at a reasonable rate, then this is the place for you. It is undergoing some renovations, so it's appearance is less than ideal. But the staff are very nice, and my room was a decent size and was quite comfortable. They have room coffee available and well as a 24-hour coffee machine in the lobby. I will most likely stay here again in the future.'

'The room was very clean, decorated beautifully, and had great walkability. The bed was very comfy and had all the things you might need like kitchen and bathroom items. We wished we could stay longer!'

'It was very basic room and breakfast. The construction surrounding the hotel was blowing dirt everywhere and confused my GPS and sent us through the construction. Recommend you close down and update the hotel. Doors in the halls to maintenance areas were in need of help.'
