'When we arrived the host had not given us the access code so we had to wait on the cold for then to see it called and messages to send it to us. We had asked multiple times prior to that before we arrived how to check in but they never sent the code. The cabin was not what we expected. It was cluttered with exposed pipes in the bathroom. For the price I'd have expected a lot more. '

'We had a terrible experience with this rental. Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation. Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most. And if you don't mind a shower with lukewarm water and no water pressure. Also half the lightbulbs not working. Room had used...

'Laurie was an excellent host! The nest was so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen area was very well stocked and the sleep number bed was dreamy. This location was ideal for everything our family wanted to do - ski Stratton, shop Manchester and antiquing in Bennington. I even planned for a massage in Laurie’s studio 12/10!'

'Garbage cans were not available. Only one smashed can was there. And blinds could be updated definitely looking pretty old and worn. But nice besides that.'
