Mooie cottage aan zee, op 1 minuut van het strand

Het huisje ligt achter de duinen. Het heeft veel karakter, maar is gerenoveerd tot een hoge standaard, met 4 slaapkamers voor 9 personen plus een reiswieg, het heeft 2 badkamers en een extra apart toilet. Met witte muren, moderne goed uitgeruste keuken en badkamers, een grote open woonkamer en we hebben zojuist een grote serre toegevoegd, het is een thuis weg van huis momenten van de duinen en een prachtig bekroond zandstrand. Het heeft ook een beveiligde tuin, voornamelijk gelegd gazon voor de kinderen om te spelen. Beschikbaar voor 2/3 overnachtingen buiten het seizoen, vaak bieden we boek voor 2 nachten en krijgen de 3e nacht gratis, onze wisseldag is vrijdag, maar we kunnen flexibel zijn buiten het seizoen - stuur een email voor meer informatie. Ook bezitten wij het huisje naast de deur, die 12 slaapt zie aanbieding No: 8277176.

Great Location Near the Beach

This is a wonderful property for a family with children who want to be close to the beach. Groceries, restaurants/pubs and the beach are all super convenient. The house already had lots of toys/games/books for the kids so that was really great. A fenced in garden also provided a great place for the children to play.

Lovely beach cottage.

Super location. Short 2 minute walk the the beach and a few minutes drive to Rye Golf Club. The house was well equipped and maintained with comfy beds and modern appliances. Lots of communal space to enjoy company and a lovely conservatory which even in mid December was warm. Highly recommended.

Great Sea Side property

Superb property. Very well equipped and great sea-side vibe. Great downstairs space and all bedrooms a good size. Worth noting that two bedrooms are downstairs and two upstairs which worked well for our group. Plenty of DVDs and games and children's toys for time inside. Nearby shops and cafes for everyday needs. Great to be able to walk to the beach and avoid car park costs. Room for two cars outside the property.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay over the long Bank Holiday weekend and I'd highly recommend to others visiting in a large family or group of friends. The house is very well furnished and supplied with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and convenient stay. It's superbly located within a couple of minutes walk from the beach and we loved the garden space for outside breakfast and bbq. Thank you so much and hopefully visit again in the future.

Excellent accommodation close to the beach

This home was just perfect for our needs to spend time with our grandchildren and our daughter, just a few minutes walk from the Sandy dunes and beaches of Camber. The accommodation was exactly as described with a few extras home comforts that’s weren’t expected and the owner was very efficient at dealing with our bookings and a couple of queries before and after check in. We look forward to hopefully returning to this seasoned retreat. So much to do in the area too the grandchildren enjoyed the Romney hythe dymchurch railway, the funfair at dymchurch with very little mid week queues port lympne reserve and Hastings, but especially the beach and sea during the warm days we were lucky to enjoy. Simply Italian in Rye was very welcoming to families with young children.

Spent a week camber with husband and 1 year old. Lovely big property, everything and more that we needed for a week stay. Right by the beach (2min walk) perfect with a baby... for popping back for lunch/ naps or forgetting the bucket and spade! Also had a great garden for a chilled evening. Shops and takeaways all available if you don’t want to cook. Small drive into Rye for more restaurants / shops or nice day out. Great place for a family / couple holiday!

Great place near the beach

Perfect place to stay for a long weekend (or longer!) - we were two families with 5 kids of varying ages and there was plenty of space for all of us. Great enclosed garden, and literally a couple of minutes’ walk from the beach, which makes it easier when you forget your bucket and spade and have to go back for it! The owners were really helpful ahead of our stay and gave us all the information we needed. Beach towels are a nice touch, and a good choice of books and games to keep everyone busy too!

Perfect Property!

This house was perfect for our Easter weekend. We were 2 families with 4 adults and 5 kids and the property was located in an amazing place for the beach and local shops and equipped with everything we needed. I did feel quite smug watching all the other beach goers driving or carrying all their stuff to the beach while we turned out of the house and walked literally less than 100 metres to the dunes. Would love to stay again and would highly recommend.
