'Staff was very friendly and willing to work with you. I had a booking issue where I thought I booked a king suite but was given a king standard. The person on duty when we checked in was able to get us into a king suite very quickly. She was very pleasant to work with. I felt every employee I encountered at the hotel was professional and friendly.'

'this was the 3rd time we stayed here. Has a really good steak house right acrossed the street, sports bar right next door. Food and gas stations near by. A really weird figure "8" street getting to it, but everywhere weird streets, round abouts, etc. are popping up all over the country. parking is right there, staff is very helpful . Logan checked us in, and texted me a few time to be sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. Hot breakfast oatmeal, make your own...

'Yes, stores close parking good, staff good. The place years ago was top 3 hotels in area. Now not kept up, run down water buckets in halls, very old dirty feel.'

'Check-in was quick and easy, but unfortunately we found roaches crawling on the table in our first room. We informed the front desk, and the employee handled it professionally by checking the room and quickly moving us to another one. The second room was cleaner and we did not see any bugs, although there were still some maintenance issues like stained sheets and damage to the walls. Overall, the staff was helpful, but the hotel definitely needs better upkeep and pest control.'

'This small hotel was perfect for a long weekend stay. Conveniently located near plenty of dining options and a short drive to museums, sporting events and attractions. The room was spacious with a full kitchen, stocked with the basics for making a meal. The late check in process was easy and quick. Staff was friendly and welcoming.'

'Property was clean and well maintained overall for the price. Staff was helpful. They accommodated my request to switch to a room without too much freeway noise. The first room window wouldn’t close smugly, so too noisy. Second room a/c might be spewing some ash like thing. After I turned it off and turned it on on much cooler temperature it seemed to work ok. The sheets smelled a little old. Other than that it was comfortable sleep overall.'

'Very nice place to stay. Within 1/2 mile to the interstate and within 10 minutes of the airport. The FREE breakfast was the best food we have ever had at a hotel. So much variety to choose from and the staff was very helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel.'

'Hotel is prima, avondploeg was vriendelijk, maar de ochtend ploeg keek chagrijnig en wilde mij niet graag te woord staan bij vragen over ontbijt of uitchecken.. ontbijtruimte en faciliteiten zijn niet voldoende voor de capaciteit van het hotel. 1 wafelijzer en 1 toaster zorgt voor rijen van een kwartier. Er wordt ook niet tijdig aangevuld, toen ik hierom vroeg werd ik nijdig aangekeken. Kamer was zeer ruim en schoon, prachtig uitzicht op het ballpark was fantastisch. Bedden waren wel wat...
