'My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. 'Definitely not a 4.2! The room was not very clean. There were several dead bugs (not bed bugs). Candy and food behind the nightstand on the floor. Dust and cobwebs collecting in the corners of the room. Our sheets had a hole in them. Most of the towels we received either had hair stuck in them (gross!) or were threadbare and tattered. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the horrible accommodations! '

'I specifically booked an “accessible “ room for my mother since she cannot get around well and is in a wheelchair. The door to the room was so heavy it was difficult to open and wheel her inside.
