'We booked here after reading the great reviews and so glad we did. It was a last minute booking as was just visiting the area for the day and decided to stay over. Of course there are so many places to choose from but the price and the reviews were so good we decided to stay here. The room was spotless and had everything we needed and more with an excellent tea and coffee selection in the room. We didn’t have breakfast. We will definitely stay here again. 'Lovely room. Very friendly service. We had a few drinks in the bar area which was good. There was a games room for the kids. In the room there was extras that you wouldn’t expect. Toothbrush and toothpaste and bottles of water. The bed was a little short but I am tall. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again. '

'Onze algehele ervaring met dit hotel is erg goed. Alles wat we wilden was aanwezig.
Gratis parkeren, zeer makkelijk achter een slagboom.
Goede wifi, de wifi was bovengemiddeld goed in dit hotel.
Gratis ontbijt.
Ruime kamer, de kamer was zeer ruim met extra zitgedeelte.
Goede douche, erg fijne douche met lekkere dikke handdoeken.

'It was quiet, lots of picturesque views of Blackpool Tower and the promenade and also of the Big One at Pleasure Beach in the distance. The location is ideal as it’s not in the middle of everything going on, staff were very polite and whilst there are facilities like the pool and Sauna etc we didn’t make use of during this stay we would definitely be inclined to make use of them on a future visit!'

'No existent property was a building site as the people had left 3 weeks before hand and left a mess builders were there we had to then find another hotel that took dogs which actually cost us a lot more than the original deal we had. So we are not happy by any means and are still waiting on a refund '
'Very clean and tidy hotel with the room being just what you could want at the price. Clean bedding and towels, tidy room, ensuite and tea/coffee facilities. Its conveniently located 50 yards from the nearest tram stop which is a 15 minute ride to the Tower, or a 45 minute stroll along the promenade. All I would say is that the bed could do with an extra couple of pillows '
