This 1-bedroom apartment at The Title Residencies, Naiyang Beach, is located on the northwest coast of Phuket, about 250 m away from Naiyang Beach, only 5 minutes’ drive to Phuket International Airport. This development offers over 70% common area with a fitness center, sauna, 5 round swimming pools, and one rooftop pool.

Our apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a separate living room and open space pantry. A tiny kitchen provide fully equipped with kitchenware and appliance. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The spacious bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

The apartment is situated in building B on the 4th floor with a pool view from the balcony.

The apartment is just walking distance to Nai Yang beach which is only 250 meters away. There is a minimart close to our place and it's only 5 minutes to Phuket International Airport.

There is free parking on-premise around the apartment. Easy access

We are always available to assist you during your stay. You can reach us by phone, text, or email anytime. We can also give you tips and recommendations on what to do and see in Phuket. CLEANING
You will find the apartment clean on arrival but please let us know if you are not satisfied. After you depart our cleaners will perform the cleaning for the next guest. If you need a cleaning service, the extra payment will apply (1200 THB/time). On departure, it would be helpful if you could leave the house (particularly kitchen contents) clean and tidy when you leave. No need for you to perform a full clean!

SUGGESTIONS IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY
Many guests will arrive before the designated check-in time. The good news is that there is plenty to do. We often suggest that guests visit the grocery store and do a small shop. That will give you more time to relax once you've checked in! There are also a few good restaurants for lunch so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food!

BREAKAGES
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

We have 1 beach towel per person available for your use

CHAIRS / TABLES
There is an outdoor table and sitting area on the balcony.

BED LINEN / TOWELS
Bed linen and towels are available for you. There will be 3 sets of bath towels and pool towels.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL & RECYCLING
Please do not leave garbage in front of the room. You can find common garbage near the reception area

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF A POWER OUTAGE
In case of a power outage please let us know or you shall do a pre-check with the reception area if it happens only in your villa or the whole area.
