Prachtig resort, hele mooie suite, ruim, heerlijke bedden. Restaurants waren super, goed en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Black Ginger restaurant was een ervaring. Zwembaden erg goed.

De Slate: een oase van rust en luxe
De Slate is een prachtig hotel in een sprookjesachtige omgeving. Wat een mooie tuinen, prachtig aangelegde zwembaden en mooie ruim opgezette kamers. Wij hebben genoten, ook van de gastvrijheid van het personeel. Het ontbijt was geweldig. Allerlei soorten ei bereidingen, dim sum, fried rice, maar ook vers fruit, allerlei soorten brood, musli, donuts etc. Het enige minpuntje: twee zwembaden zijn niet toegankelijk voor kinderen. 1 zwembad was under construction. Voor ons bleef dus alleen het familiezwembad over. Nu was dit een prachtig zwembad, maar het was ons niet duidelijk van te voren dat dit de enige keuze was. Wij verbleven in de familiesuite. Was heel ruim en luxe. Verbeterpuntje: het terrasje was erg klein en ongezellig. Soort bunker leek het wel. Viel erg op omdat het verder allemaal erg stijlvol is ingericht met aandacht voor details.

Schitterend hotel
Prijs/kwaliteit niet te evenaren. Ligging vlak bij strand. Intussen wel geen eigen strandaccomodatie meer. Over het ganse strand zijn alle ligzetels e.d. Verwijderd. Maar dit geeft het strand een ongeschonden, natuurlijk uitzicht. Hotel zelf heeft prachtige kamers en een prachtige tuin. Ontbijt zeer goed met de meest uitgebreide keuze. Zou dit hotel aan iedereen aanbevelen.

Geweldig hotel voor families die ook luxe willen!
Zeer goed hotel met echt heel goede service. Bij vroege aankomst na de lange vlucht alvast een kamer om te douchen en uit te rusten en bij laat vertrek, zonder bijbetalen, de kamer tot laat in de middag mogen houden. Wat een uitstekende klantvriendelijke service. Ontbijt erg goed en de kamers heerlijk, met superzachte bedden!

The staff always had a smile on their faces and the service was fantastic. We had a very comfortable stay in the atmosphere of a designer hotel. We visited for our honeymoon and were delighted by the stylish touches that set it apart from other hotels. The breakfast was also delicious. It's a hotel we'd love to stay at again when we come to Phuket.

一般旅客到了酒店都是想盡快入check in 進房，但酒店接待員卻拿了一張地圖介紹這裏是什麼哪裏是什麼，有點太早了吧？ 浴室的護理液，例如洗頭水，沖涼液，護髮素用別的儲存方法較用金屬儲存器好，因為如果滑手跌了落腳面或腳趾就肯定會受傷了。

The property grounds are huge and set in very nice manicured gardens that are beaitifully maintained. The resorts 3 pools are large and clean and we especially liked the swim up bar in pool number 2. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the location of the resort right in Nai Yang beach can't be beaten.

The Slate Hotel in Phuket is a luxury resort. I had a wonderful stay here, the spa and restaurant facilities are excellent. The breakfast buffet is especially impressive. Staff are extremely friendly, polite and quick to respond to any queries. I had a great stay and would definitely come back. Only thing I would change is the pillows in the bedroom - they are all quite soft and flat.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort for 5 nights. The adults only pools are a huge plus for couples without kids - you can enjoy the weather and relax. Dining options are great - breakfast is very good, and for lunch and dinner you have multiple choices including a Michelin restaurant- all the prices are reasonable. The Spa was great, and also the cooking class was very fun. We had one issue in our last night - there was an event at the resort- a concert right outside our room, at 23:30 we had to call the reception a few times and ask to stop it, it is ridiculous that we paid 350 Euro a night and since 14:00 they started with sound checks drums and what-not. They blasted us with loud music while all we wanted to do is relax. The day after we checked out we mentioned this, and they compensated us in 200 THB (7 Euro)…For this kind of resort I would expected a more personal approach and handling.

The staff is very very very peasant and always ready to help. The property is right next to the beach. We walked out of room and right onto the beach. The services and the food were excellent. They have great restaurants and activities. Having choice of pool also helped. They have kids and adult pools and they’re both amazing.

We booked a private pool villa after finding an unbelievable deal with expedia, something that would otherwise be way out of our budget. we had high expectations and these were somehow exceeded in every way. from the staff right through to the facilities and food. our 12 yr old some was always entertained buy the experience centre, we were treated like royalty at every point, highly recommend

Unique, stylish, comfortable and great food.
Only 1 night this time, it was our second visit. Hotel is amazing! Great attention to detail, staff extremely friendly, absolutely beautiful grounds. Definitely worth staying here, the rooms are spacious and well appointed with beautiful and interesting decor. Simply love this unique hotel!!
