'Our stay at The Lodge Mallorca was mixed. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with nice facilities and surroundings. We also really enjoyed the boat trip arranged through the hotel, which was one of the highlights of our stay. However, the front desk service was disappointing. Maria was often rude and unhelpful, and we felt spoken to as though we were being told off for asking questions.
