'This hotel is perfect. My family and I had an issue with a different reservation which I had to immediately cancel. We found this hotel and the front desk employees were professional and amazing. The rooms were great. The hotel has their own restaurants and bar. All employees that we interacted with were very polite and professional. Also, there is a shopping center about 3 minutes from the hotel and it also has a supermarket. Highly recommend. '

Since we booked the proporty, they solved a mistake (my mistake) in a friendly and fast manner. The staff is very friendly and well trained. The food is delicious and original. 'Beautiful hotel. Very kind staff. We loved that we were about to get our laundry done at a small fee, that breakfast was included in our stay, and that they provided turn down service. The hotel is very close to many restaurants, we walked to the office of where our excursions were housed, and so many opportunities to shop and get coffee or ice-cream.'

'Wanneer je in Guatemala op reis wil,is dit hotel zeer goed om de eerste en laatste dagen in Guatemala te verblijven.Je kan met het hotel om een shuttle bus te regelen voor het ophalen aan de airport. In guatemala is het ook niet gevaarlijk, alleen in Guatemala City is het gevaarlijk.Wij zijn daar wel nog niet geweest maar beginnen altijd in Antigua.'

"Prima verblijf gehad. Als je aankomt na een (lange) vlucht, je hebt huurauto opgehaald dan is het een heerlijk hotel, vlakbij de airport. Flesje water op de kamer, fijne douche, goed warm water en een heerlijk ontbijt. Parkeren was inclusief. We hebben ook in het restaurant gegeten, het was echt prima en lekker, glaasje wijn erbij. In de directe omgeving is weinig te doen maar daar kwamen we niet voor. "
