'We were visiting Ahmedabad for a convention and needed a place to sleep. We did not intend to spend the day in the hotel room so this was a very good value for our purpose. Staff was very courteous, resourceful, accommodating and well behaved. They have their own restaurant which offers good food for the price. We had lunch and got three fixed thali.
Hot and cold water was available on demand in bathroom, toilet was western style and they supplied tissue paper when asked. We got their biggest...

'The property is well maintained has excellent staff, the breakfast served is great and the restaurant has great vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes.
I had a long journey and reached before check in and the manager went out of his way to see I get a room so that I don't wait for check in time, which was a great.
The rooms were spacious and the shower was clean. A spacious table to work. The hotel offers other amenities like shaving kits, dental kits, shaving kits etc. Tea station as well....

'I booked my stay with a third-party online platform and they made my confirmation saying check-in time to be noon having gone to the reception, besides their knowledge of online platforms showing the wrong time of 12 instead of 2, they did not feel responsible for informing us by any sort in advance or even mere apologizing for their error. There was no sense of greeting customers or a smile at the reception, the reception team was busy with their jokes with their senior or manager regardless of...

'At the Aspire Hotel, the property was tired and in need of refurbishment.
The bathroom was very dirty.The toilet seat was broken.
The bed linen and pillows were dirty, stained and torn.
We booked and paid for 8 nights when we checked-in. Big mistake!, we had to leave after 2 nights and move to a much better hotel.
The Aspire would not refund us for the 6 nights we did not use.
The only good thing about the hotel was the quality of the wi-fi.
Its never a 3star hotel. Would not even get 1star in...
