  • Rio Blessings is een nieuw gebouwd (2017) huis in de Tierra Linda Subdivision, op enkele minuten van de muzieklocatie House Pasture, de ConCan Country Club & Golf Course en de rivier de Frio. Deze ruime woning van 3300 m² biedt een open keuken, eet- en woonkamer met gewelfde plafonds. 5 slaapkamers, allen met plafondventilatoren en privébaden, zijn geschikt voor 27 gasten. De volledig uitgeruste keuken is voorzien van kwarts aanrechtbladen, roestvrij apparaten (inclusief magnetron, vaatwasser, Franse deur koelkast met Ice Maker en bereik). Koffiepotten, blender, broodrooster, grote elektrische bakplaat, slowcooker, grote theedispenser, potten, pannen, schotels en keukengerei zijn er allemaal! Een wasmachine en droger, 3 grote flatscreen-tv's met satelliet en WiFi dragen bij aan uw plezier en comfort.

    Buiten geniet je van de SE Breeze en uitzicht op de heuvels vanaf een grote overdekte veranda en cabana-gedeelte met uitzicht op het privézwembad en de verwarmde spa. Dit gebied is omheind en goed verlicht voor veiligheid en nachtelijk genieten. De buitenkeuken is voorzien van een grote koelkast, veel toogruimte, gootsteen, bar met krukken, 2 ronde tafels met stoelen om te eten en spelletjes en een grote flatscreen-tv (satelliet). Ook voorzien in dit gebied is een BBQ-pit met roker, een vuurplaats en een half bad. Tether-ball, hoefijzer en putjes voegen toe aan het plezier.

    Gratis toegang tot de rivier bij Frio Country Resort (Kenneth Arthur Crossing) is een extraatje!

A wonderful place of rest.

We had a difficult time finding this place. The address we were given was for the main office and not the property. But, even though we came after the office was closed, we were able to find a very helpful lady and gentleman who were working late. They gave us a map to the property. We were so grateful for this house. It was well appointed. There were plenty of dishes for all meals.

Very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the horseshoes and washers as well. We didn't play tether ball, but had we had younger ones, I am sure it would have been put to good use!

What A Blessing !!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was amazing !!! Absolutely loved the kitchen an all that it was equipped with we lacked nothing . The home was clean and ready for us . The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The outdoor pool and hot tub area was the best !!! We enjoyed eating , dancing, playing games , and the hot tub . Having a second refrigerator outside truly helped with the 20 individuals we had in our group. If there was anything I would change is the temperature . We really could not find a medium . It was either too warm or too cold. It would’ve been nice not having to change the temperature every other hour. Overall I soy al recommend this home . Rio Blessings was a BLESSING on our 4 day stay.
