The Space:

Whether you're planning a beach vacation, a family reunion, or a relaxing getaway with friends, Two Tides has everything you need to enjoy the best of coastal Maine. Inside, soaring vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, oversized arched windows, and a cozy fireplace create a bright, welcoming gathering space. The open-concept layout makes it easy to spend time together, whether you're watching a movie, sharing meals, or simply enjoying the unique river and ocean views from virtually every room.. The fully equipped kitchen features double wall ovens, a large refrigerator, ample prep space, and a center island with seating for four. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats 8–10 guests, making holiday meals and lobster dinners a breeze. Additional lounge areas throughout the home offer plenty of room to spread out, including a cozy reading nook and a lower-level media room.



This home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms.

• Bedroom 1: This entry-level sleeping area features a triple bunk bed with one elevated twin bed above two side-by-side twin beds. The space occupies approximately half of the floor and is open to the rest of the level rather than enclosed by walls. A curtain can be drawn around the bunk area to help block light, but it does not create a fully private room.

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, twin bed, and ensuite bathroom with an ADA-accessible shower.

• Bedroom 3: King bed, private sitting area, and spa-inspired ensuite with a Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower.



A convenient half bath is located on the main floor.



Outdoor Living

The real magic happens outside with views of the river or ocean from virtually every room and deck!  Enjoy morning coffee overlooking the Saco River, dine al fresco on the upper deck, or spend the evening watching boats drift by beneath colorful sunsets. The home offers multiple spaces to relax, including:

THINGS TO NOTE:

• A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Cats are not permitted. Pets are not permitted on the furniture. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $115 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• This home is equipped with 2 external security cameras: (1) A Ring doorbell, located at the ground-level entrance and monitoring the driveway, and (2) located on the second-floor level and monitoring the driveway.
